About the Role

As our Technology & Technical Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our projects. You will manage complex engineering challenges, oversee product lifecycles, and ensure our technological solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical management initiatives for ongoing and upcoming engineering projects.
- Spearhead product/technology development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze complex systems and implement effective, innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a fast-paced, high-quality output.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics (E&E), Energy/Power, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
- Experience: Proven track record in technical management and product/technology development.
- Mindset: Highly analytical, adaptable, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Environment: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and is comfortable taking ownership of technical outcomes.
