Use Case: MIMOS BERHAD Wafer Fab Manufacturing

MIMOS faced inefficiencies and disruptions in chiller installation and operations, limiting energy optimization and data visibility. To address this, MIMOS integrated Mi-Spark wireless technology with an ICEE autonomous chiller optimization system, enabling real-time IoT monitoring and seamless deployment. As a result, the solution improved operational efficiency, reduced energy consumption, achieved significant CO₂ savings, and delivered measurable cost and manpower reductions.

Use Case: Seletar Mall (Singapore)

The facility faced rising energy demands and strict operational requirements, limiting efficiency improvements. To overcome this, an SLE (Super Low Energy Building) approach was implemented, optimizing system performance under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. Over time, the initiative delivered consistent energy savings, exceeding 10% annually, improving sustainability, and ensuring reliable operations while meeting performance targets.

Use Case: Melaka International Trade Centre (Office)

The office facility faced high energy consumption and inefficiencies in its cooling system, impacting operational costs and sustainability goals. To resolve this, an optimization chiller system was implemented to enhance performance and efficiency during 12-hour operations. As a result, the solution exceeded expected savings, achieving over 17% energy reduction, lowering costs, reducing CO₂ emissions, and delivering consistent, reliable system performance.
